Sarah Dunn is the Senior Vice President of Client Strategies at CG Schmidt, a leading construction management firm with operations in Wisconsin and Arizona. With more than 30 years in the industry, Sarah is known for her strategic leadership and her deep-rooted commitment to making a difference in the communities she serves.

Outside of her professional achievements, Sarah is passionate about supporting organizations that uplift individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. She has been an active supporter of Horizon High School, Wisconsin’s only recovery high school, which provides a safe and supportive environment for teens recovering from substance use disorders. She has also played an instrumental role in fundraising efforts for the Salvation Army, helping to expand their outreach and impact throughout the region.

In 2022, Sarah became the first female executive in CG Schmidt’s 100+ year history—a milestone that reflects her dedication to breaking barriers and opening doors for others. She continues to mentor women in the construction industry and advocates for greater inclusion across the field.

As a board member of Restoring Roots, Sarah brings a powerful blend of leadership, compassion, and community spirit—driven by her belief in second chances, recovery, and the importance of building spaces where healing can happen.
